The Quick Release Kit adds an emergency release on a Vickers Combat Applications Sling, Vickers Padded Sling, or any other two point slings with 1.25" webbing. 

The 8" webbing of the Quick Release Kit fits in the sling slot on standard M4 and CAR15 buttstocks.  The Quick Release Kit and can be threaded directly through sling loops or used in conjunction with various Sling Hardware that accept 1" or 1.25" webbing for a wider variety of applications.  The ITW Fastex buckle includes both the male and female ends and provides immediate release from the weapon in case of emergency egress.
