Returns

Blue Force Gear® wants you to be completely satisfied!  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any Blue Force Gear® product, simply return the unwanted item within 30 days along with your invoice.  At your option we will exchange your item for a different product or issue a full refund for purchase price less shipping fees.

Credits and Refunds:   If a credit card was used to pay for your order, a credit will be processed toward the card used.  If you paid for your order in some other way, your refund will be processed in using the same manner of payment.

Please call 1-877-430-2583 or e-mail returns@blueforcegear.com to receive an RMA number and return instructions. Please do not ship a return to us without an RMA number as this could result in significant delays to your return.

Warranty Repair or Replacement

If your Blue Force Gear product purchased directly from us or from any Authorized Blue Force Gear dealer exhibits any defect in manufacturing or materials we will repair or replace it, at our option, for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Normal wear and tear, mishandling, or abuse is not covered by our warranty.

If we determine that your product is not covered under our warranty, we will contact you with estimated repair charges.
