The Tourniquet NOW!™ Strap was designed to install on top of the Trauma Kit NOW!™ but can also be installed on either side of the Admin Pouch (will hang down / up slightly if installed on the Admin Pouch). Two elastic loops secure a NATO style webbing tourniquet while only taking up 3 vertical MOLLE loops. One of the most effective and simplest life saving device, every warrior no matter what field of operation should have one readily available.  Only .54oz
