All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Customer will receive full refund (minus shipping) using the same method of payment when the purchase was made.

If your Blue Force Gear product purchased directly from us or from any Authorized Blue Force Gear Dealer exhibits any defect in manufacturing or materials we will repair or replace it for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Normal wear and tear, mishandling, or abuse is not covered by our warranty.
If we determine that your product is not covered under our warranty, we will contact you with estimated repair charges.
Please call 1-877-430-2583 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RMA number and return instructions. Please do not ship a warranty return to us without an RMA number as this could result in significant delays to your return.
