Since our beginning in 2004, we strive for excellence in all we do and exemplify that excellence in our products and design. We are devoted to those we serve to deliver innovative gear with superior quality. Blue Force Gear is not satisfied making the same thing as everyone else - merely changing the color or style. We design by a code of advancement - if we can’t make something better than what is currently available, we don’t make it. By continually innovating, our products will always be different. We are proud to have pioneered technological innovations that have revolutionized load carriage and weapon carrying establishing the world’s standard in weapon slings and the world’s lightest, MOLLE compatible load carriage. Of course we are not stopping there. We continually improve our gear lineup and look for more ways to advance the tactical gear industry and ultimately the warriors here at home and worldwide.
OUR PRIMARY TECHNOLOGIES
Helium Whisper is a revolutionary MOLLE attachment system that combines a single piece back panel design with an ultra-light, extremely durable high performance proprietary laminate called ULTRAcomp.
Blue Force Gear's proprietary high performance laminate, ULTRAcomp, far exceeds the military standard air textured nylon in tear and abrasion resistance. Its hydrophobic features allow products to stay dry and light, whereas air textured nylon retains water and gets even heavier when wet.
Ten-Speed® was designed to be the pouch you forget is there. The military grade elastic pouch was designed to be truly multi-use - holding magazines and other critical items - and lay flat when not in use. If you can fit the item in, it's now that item's pouch and once removed, the pouch disappears.
MOLLEminus is a revolutionary load carriage platform that is fully MOLLE compatible while being the lightest on the market. Constructed out of one piece of ULTRAcomp - The MOLLE field has been changed to all slots which gives greater flexibility in mounting pouches and maximum signature reduction without having another layer of material underneath.
The Patented Vickers Combat Applications Sling has revolutionized the way we carry rifles. Developed with industry friend, firearms expert, and former 1st SFOD - Delta operational member Larry Vickers. Over 300,000 Vickers Slings™ are in use across all branches of service, as well as with allies abroad.
Our Ball Loaded Index Point, or BLIP for short, is a feature found on all our lidded pouches and select plate carriers like the Trauma Kit NOW!. BLIP was born in the freezing rain on a Blackwater range. It was there we realized that when you can’t feel your fingers, it's very difficult to get a grasp on a flat piece of webbing and distinguish a pull tab. The ball doesn't rely on friction; the bones in your fingers positively engage it. BLIP’s form is both easy to pull and impossible to miss.
