Handcuff Pouch

I used this pouch for my Garmin Messenger and mounted to my hunting backpack's shoulder strap. Fits incredible well as if made for the device.

So, I have always really liked the BFG stuff. Always on point. It certainly isn’t an issue of quality. I do understand what the goal was, to have them offset a little, I just prefer if they sat right next to each other. I carry one hinged and one chain set on duty, and the fit is extremely tight. On the one hand it’s great because they don’t move, on the other hand, they are hard to get in with one hand. So for me, that’s why they get four stars, I’m not sending them back, I will use this pouch, just a small gripe for me.

I’ve been hoping/wishing/praying for a MOLLE handcuff pouch from BFG since first discovery them several years ago. My entire kit (both belt and carrier setup) is BFG with the exception of my issued carrier and a handcuff case. I run two handcuff pouches already and I am constantly fighting for space. This solves all of that. But I need it in Ranger green. So, after I write this, my new beloved handcuff pouch is getting hit with some spray paint and I’m hoping it turns out okay. The form fit and function are great. You’ll have to cinch your cuffs down and it will be snug but it keep everything as small as possible and I don’t get any jungle or rattle from my chained-cuffs. It doesn’t matter which slot (back or front) you put the cuffs into first, but the second set of cuffs will sit a bit higher. To be clear, both pairs of cuffs will not sit flush in the pouch, and that’s a good thing, it allows you to easily get to the first pair and the second pair stays put. The Velcro on the pouch and flap are large enough to accommodate the second set of cuffs riding higher. One cuff or two cuff the pouch will be just fine. Just please make it in Ranger green…I’m going to tear up a little hitting any BFG gear with paint.
