Blue Force Gear continues to maintain our high-standards at all levels, and that includes our commitment to customer service – even during the uncertainty relative to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Your order is very important to us, and we have a crew of essential production and fulfillment personnel working expeditiously each day to ship every order received. Due to an increase in order volume, the fluid nature of this event, and the uncertainty surrounding the availability of a portion of our workforce, we are unable to provide exact ship dates, but rest assured, our team is working hard to get your order out in a timely manner. Orders Already Placed

I placed an order, but no shipping details or confirmation of the order was sent to me. Can I check on my order?

An order confirmation has been sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Please check your ‘Promotions’ folder such as Gmail or the junk mail if you do not see it.  If you have a free account on BlueForceGear.com, you can login and see that order there as well.  

Additionally, a second email will be sent once your order has been shipped and will contain details of the shipment and tracking information.

 

How do I check on the status of my order?

Thank you for inquiring about your order. It has been received and an order confirmation has been sent to the email address you provided during checkout. I placed an order yesterday, can I add to it?

We cannot add to any order already place, but we can give you free shipping on your next order. For further details, please email your information and order number to Sales@BlueForceGear.com.  Depending on the timeframe, these orders may be shipped together but there is no guarantee. 

 

I placed an order a week ago and still have not received it.

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Even though we have received a surge in order volume, we continue to process them in a timely manner. We thank you for your patience. If you would like additional details about your order, please email Sales@BlueForceGear.com

 

I received a partial shipment, when can I expect the rest of my order?

We want to ship everything to you as fast as we can. Sometimes we may ship the in stock items to you and automatically create a second order for those out of stock orders that we can ship those to you as soon as they come in.  This second shipping cost is free to you and we apologize for the delay.

Are you still open and fulfilling orders?

Yes, BFG is considered an essential business and we will continue to receive and fulfill orders and ship them out promptly.

 

I would like to place an order, but when will it ship?

We are continuing to ship all orders as they are received.  Some items take longer to produce like Custom Vickers Slings.  Unfortunately, some items may become out of stock as large units make purchases.  Because of the fluid situation, we are unable to get more accurate details at this time.

 

Do you have a retail store? What are the hours? Where is it located?

Yes, we do have a retail store. It is located in Pooler, Ga. At this time our retail store is closed in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. We continue to abide by the US guidelines and our retail store front will remain closed until these guidelines change.
