    Good pouch. I have a multicam one on my plate carrier. It's about the right size for a few ancillary items you might need and holds weight well. Would hold at least two 8oz. redbull cans. When I hike/run with my vest I usually throw 3-5lbs worth of dive weights into the pouch and it holds up. Zipper pull tabs work fine, but I replaced them with 550cord covered with heat-shrink tubing.
