Ten-Speed® M4 Chest Rig Video Overview
A Chest Rig designed as a low profile, ultralight fighting load - holding 4 M4 / AR Mags or similar sized magazines. The side of the chest has two 3 x 3 MOLLE fields for mounting accessories like a Trauma Kit Pouch, pistol mag pouches, utility pouches, or any other MOLLE compatible pouches. The use of ten-speed® elastic high retention mag pouches makes this a low-profile chest rig.
The front of the chest rig has four high retention elastic mag pouches created with Blue Force Gears Ten-Speed® technology. These AR mag pouches lay flat when not in use and allow similar-sized items to be stored in the pouch: smoke grenades, flash bangs, GPS units, dressings, tourniquets, small radios, cans of dip, and similar-sized rifle or SMG mags.
The MOLLE Chest Rig Sides come with traditional MOLLE loop fields (3 rows by 3 column section of MOLLE). This works great with the variety of MOLLE Pouches found here.
The Chest Rig side release buckles are made of ITW GhillieTEX™ Low IR hardware. There are four of these heavy-duty attachment buckles on this rig.

The connecting strap in the rear of the chest rig acts as an emergency drag handle while having a loop field for ID / IFF patches. On the front, behind the pouches – there is a hidden pocket secured with VELCRO® Brand fasteners that can store maps to other similar-sized documents (pocket measures approximately 18”x6”).

This rig is almost perfect. It's extremely light, thin, and durable. The built in magazine pouches are phenomenal, so long as you don't care about re-indexing. The only thing i would change is make the H harness completely removable via clips. This would allow standalone, or attaching to a plate carrier more easily. Outside of that, perfect for me
Simple put I love this rig, yes I have bigger rigs for longer operations/mission but this is my Go To rig for light work and home defense. Stores easy in my grab-bag with my body armor and when at home sets right next to my bed for those just in case bump in the night situations. I add two Ten-Speed double pistol mag pouches to it one of the left and one on the right; that gives me four extra mags of 5.56 and 9-mm in a very light rig. The price point is great for this rig and I will probably get a couple more of them for the family for those potential SHTF situations. Even if you have a bigger rig that you just love, this is one of those must have items for the grab and go bag.
Excellent lightweight chest rig. Four mags isn't too many nor is it too little, plus the additional MOLLE 3x3 panels on each side give you some expansion options for whatever you might need. As a warning, the chest rig is a bit wide for those with smaller chests - better worn over a plate carrier if you sport a 40" chest or smaller.
First of all, I would just like to say that I love all of my Blue Force stuff. The pouches are just so easy to attach and the stuff is light. This 10-speed chest rig is really versatile and light weight, as well. I use this thing for trail running and mountain biking. I have a small utility pouch attached to one side and this allow plenty of carrying capacity for food, tools, and a S&W J-frame. The patch field on the back is a nice touch, too, a cool moral patch and Mean-T-Skull ranger eyes really piques the interest of trail runners and mountain bikers. I wore this thing in a 25K trail race recently and about a dozen people questioned me about this rig. It is a much better piece of kit for carrying stuff for a long run than the assortment of hydration packs and belts typically worn by runners.
