The Micro Trauma Kit NOW!
The Micro Trauma Kit NOW!, or Micro TKN, is the smallest version of the Trauma Kit NOW! for every day carry. It is designed to hold essential lifesaving medical supplies on a belt.
The Micro TKN was designed as an Every Day Carry trauma kit for law enforcement professionals, prepared citizens, or hunters. Deployment of critical first aid supplies can be done with one hand or a single finger from either the left or right side by pulling the BLIP featured pull tabs. The Micro TKN consists of two main components – the outer MOLLE or Belt mounted pouch utilizing the Ten-Speed technology, and a removable insert that keeps medical supplies organized.

The Micro TKN Belt Pouch is available in two attachment / wear methods. The "Belt Pouch" version features two adjustable hook and loop tabs that can fit on almost any belts - from every day pants belts to 2" duty belts.

The MTKN remains a favorite of military, first responder and civilian users. Available in belt and Helium Whisper attachment configurations, the proprietary miniaturized trauma components provide the capabilities of a full sized IFAK in the size and weight of a lesser equiped kit and is designed for ambidextrous use. Essential Medical Supplies
The ESSENTIALS Fill Level has just what you need to address the #1 cause of traumatic death - BLEEDING. Designed for those who have a minimal level or no medical training, the medical components in the ESSENTIALS fill allow for bleeding control and hypothermia prevention. Most people don’t realize that hypothermia often follows a traumatic injury and can cause death. It is always best to include a primary tourniquet with a trauma kit for life threatening bleeding from an extremity. The tourniquet should be carried separately from the trauma kit so that it is readily available to the provider in case they are injured and have to self-apply the tourniquet.

PRO Medical Supplies
Designed primarily for First Responders, the PRO version is equipped to treat life threatening bleeding while bridging the time gap between injury and arrival of advanced medical providers. Paired with a tourniquet, the PRO kit allows for treatment of extremity and junctional bleeding with a minimal amount of training. Usually belt worn in the small of the back, the PRO contents were selected to allow the flattest configuration possible for those long shifts seated in a vehicle. The PRO fill includes QuikClot Combat Gauze LE which requires medical approval for purchase.

Excellent, Would Buy Again
Quality of material is very surprising how high it is in person. I was legit impressed. I watched a lot of videos before purchasing. I also do appreciate how well it can hold supplies and how it's able to expand a little bit to cram more things in. That was an issue I heard about the Agilite IFAK that it has no stretch to it. The belt option over MOLLE actually works great for battle belts as it can be tightened very securely over the belt itself instead of having to thread the MOLLE through. Would buy again if I were to make another battle belt.

Good for what it is
I thought I could edc this with some level of concealment. Too bulky, not possible. For a duty belt, kit, or when your not worried about concealment it's perfect and good quality

Excellent quality first line gear
One of those items I hope to never use. Well worth the added weight (slight) and bulk (moderate) to ensure having essential trauma kit items at hand, easily accessible and identifiable by others if needed. An excellent addition to the duty belt. Slight problem with shipping (not at all BFG's fault) and customer service fixed it fast. I'm a happy customer and excited to tell people about it.

Fits more than you think! should have the TQ and trauma sheers attached
I ordered on line and thought, I'm not going to get it all in there. It stretches and does the job great! I like that it is smaller when all is said and done. I do wish that it had trauma sheer and TQ holder built in rather than an add on.

Perfect
This thing is perfect to toss on a duty belt. I tried it straight in the back but wearing it and sitting in a vehicle for a long period of time do not mix to well. I wear it on the side now and it’s awesome. Beats stuffing all my med stuff into my cargo pocket.

Badass
I love having something like this that's significantly smaller and lighter than the issued CIF IFAKs. It fits really well on my CHLK belt (mostly) right next to the rear tie off point. It's not true 6 o'clock, but it fills in the offset space next to such a thick loop. Curious about getting a refill sled for a hangar pouch on my plate carrier as well so I can have 2 kits on hand. (One for me to use, and one to be used on me, help doc out).

Well thought out
I really like this kit for something small on duty belt. I would order a flat trauma dressing or it's difficult to manage and uncomfortable I'm a car (if you keep the kit at 6-o-clock).

Fits my needs on and off duty
Great product. Fits on both my battle belt with Molle and my Sheriff duty belt. I bought the black with no contents. Issued SAM medical bleed control kits so used that to complete the kit. I was able to place hemostatic bandage ChitoSAM 100, SAM chest seal, compressed Gauze, sheets, gloves, marker, and a few bandaids of assorted size. I placed the pouch at my 7-8 O’Clock position on duty belt as then it doesn’t add pressure when in our vehicles on my lower back/spine. TQ is carried up front. Overall I like the design and ability to fit the basic IFAK equipment for self care. And have no worries of years of use to come.
